Return Process

  Log into your AAA Membership account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
